What's the absulute worst part of this ,besides this man mudering so many inocent people ,is that no hospital stopped him ,not one and He worked as a nurse for 16 years and they all knew something was wrong but none stopped him ,they should all have faced jail time too .The way a hospital just passed the killer on to other hospitals so He can keep killing people and He's not the only one that's done this and I wonder how many r out there now .My Sister was in ICU for 2 weeks and just got out the day before Thanksgiving from diabetes and pneumonia and I had read about this case before the movie came out and Everytime they gave her meds ,I asked what it was and what was it for and I was there the whole time and was afraid to leave her .When hospitals make mistakes they just chalk it up to a wrong decision r something like it's no big deal ,like a Opps r something r an Oh Well and that's just horrible and makes me worry how often that happens .I feel so terribly sad for the loved ones and the people that this man killed but it was the hospitals fault also and it's shameful what they did and I'm sure ,still do to protect themselves and not the patients .

Just watched the movie after seeing the trailer… literally a movie recapped in 3 mins. Dont waste your time and watch the movie as you now know the exact plot with no deviations whatsoever. Wasted 2 hours of my time which would’ve otherwise been a nice movie experience for me.

Just watched the movie. What makes no sense is that if the female nurse or doctors suspected insulin toxicity based on acute hypoglycaemia, as was the case halfway through the movie, why you wouldn’t give 5% dextrose I.V. stat. The movie simply makes up scenarios for dramatic effect. The insulin connection was probably made much later on. Also our female nurse, having suspected the means of dispatching patents, checks stored I.V fluid bags to see if they had been tampered with in order to add insulin, by squeezing them to detect for leaks. Makes no sense. I.V. fluid bags have a special self-sealing rubber injection nozzle specifically designed for adding drugs. If I wanted to contaminate a fluid bag why wouldn’t I simply use that with zero risk of detection?
