I have lived in Paris for 3 years and I find It a beautiful city but very difficult to make Friends. French are not welcominf and they dont speak English. I don't think Paris IS a very Modern and international city. Parisians are always angry and this IS the city that I find more hostile…and I have lived in so Many countries. Its cold, Grey and not fun

The series bis a load of crap. Wonderful is the scenes of Paris…but… don't think the journey's make sense.. it's weird edited footage of various roads in Paris…guess folk in the US don't know..

Emily in Paris is a light, funny and stylish series from Netflix.
I liked the series "from" and "to"! It has only 10 episodes, almost all of them last less than half an hour. If desired, you can overcome it in 1-2 days!
The series is very bright, filled with events. Well-chosen soundtracks, chic cafes and restaurants, trendy designer clothes from famous designers, gourmet delicacies, high life, many very beautiful views of Paris. It's hard to get away from him. Again, though, it's nothing new. It's just that all this is shown from a new side, with good actors. It's great to watch the experiences of the main character, how she copes with certain life situations.
The main character Emily Cooper (Lily Collins) is the cutest incredible heroine. She is bright and cheerful in this series, which suits her very well. Each of her looks is perfect.
The actors for the roles are excellent. And Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, as the boss, does an excellent job with her role.
For a long time I have not seen such a series that could hook and interest not only a beautiful picture, but also a storyline.
It will be interesting how this or that storyline will turn in the future.
Emily in Paris has become one of my favorite shows. I'm looking forward to the new season.
I highly recommend watching "Emily in Paris" to all girls, everyone can find in it something useful for themselves. Light, inspiring and absolutely not carrying any aggression or flat humor series for the modern lady!
I only started watching this series and I can say now that the show is not about the plot at all, it is focused on fashion, fun, romantics of life in Paris.
I liked the way series represent french people's behaviour and their lifestyle, it is interesting to know how they spend they working day. My favourite character is Sylvie, i think she's perfectly fit in her role. Also, I like how series accentuate difference between American and French fashion by showing the diversity of clothing style, speech, vision and priorities etc..
I want to give advice to people who are concerned that the show is bad : you should not take it seriously. Watch it with pleasure of atmosphere and visuals!
Very much enjoyed this show. It's almost like a fairytale. If you are someone who has ever dreamed of living in Paris, eating croissants, sipping French wine, and wearing amazing dresses, then this is the show for you. Lily Collins is always interesting in anything she does. Never a single note actress. I liked this show as it's an easy watch and very pretty visually.
I love Paris, I love romantic melodramas, I love actress Lily Collins. As you already understood, I liked the series, so let's move on to the pros:
1. The image of the main character, here I want to include both makeup and choice of things. I think the stylists did a great job and these are the looks you want to wear in Paris
2. Acting work. Everyone plays well here, and after all, not the most famous actors play flawlessly, and sometimes even outshine the main character.
3. This is not the kind of series that you need to think about and from which you expect a large number of unexpected plot twists. That's why it's good that the episodes are pretty short.
4. In modern projects, music is an important component. Here it is well chosen: a light plot – a light soundtrack, nothing overly dramatic.
5. Many actors play well, I remember Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu most of all, who played the role of Sylvie. It seems to me that I have not watched a single film or series with her before, which is a pity.
6. Almost everyone is very stylishly dressed. Especially the French. Especially women who are over 30 years old.
All in all, a wonderful series for a cold winter evening. Good mood guaranteed!
Emily herself is quite a funny character. She is purposeful, funny, creative, open and hard worker. Emily is in charge of marketing and is mostly responsible for advertising the product on twitter, instagram and other social networks.
The series doesn't have a lot of meaning, but for some reason I really like it. There is beautiful Paris, and jokes, and lightness, and fashion. The series is watched in one breath.
You know replacing Emily with ____ in Paris makes it much better.

I'm in Paris right now looking at this just for fun. Paris is actually NOTHING like this.
If first season is just cringy but still entertainment, then second season puts labels on Americans, French, Ukrainians and Chinese, and creates jokes based on the most cliched stereotypes about each nation. This series is horribly outdated. I dropped it in the middle of the second season
