I am 60 years old. When I was a young woman, I made the conscious decision that I did not want to have children. Recently, I found myself watching baby videos here on YouTube, enthralled, and reflecting about how maybe I would have liked to have a child or two. About the same time, I found out I had low grade uterine cancer and I had a hysterectomy two months ago. They got all the cancer, but also found that my ovaries and fallopian tubes had been infected for what was likely decades. My surgeon told me I probably would not have been able to bear children. So, I keep watching these beautiful newborn videos, mourning a loss that was really never a loss. And yet ….

The documentary is great. Babies can hold their neck by third month. So we should avoid holding them in a standing position without giving support to their necks.
Days on which my kids were born were a most beautiful days of my love. Kids are such a blessing. And it is so important to spend every minute of the newborn baby's life with them. Unfortunately our country doesn't allow for us to give our kids the love and care they deserve, cause we all have to go back to work as soon as possible. We don't have any programs to support new parents financially. Children are the future of this country. Parents should get financial support from the government to be there for their children especially in such a crucial time like a first year of their life.
So if we were responsive and attentive,our babies will feel safe the thing that will push them to explore and learning. While if we were less responsive and attentive our babies will be dependent on themselves in calming them selves the thing that will push them to explore there own wayes in mangening and coping with stress.
I want a baby so bad. I hope the one I'm with feels the same way. I also hope to find myself calling him Husband one day. And I want to be his wife.
Am I too picky? I find the research a bit biased. All the cases in this video are about urban parenting. Would they get the same results in rural or remote areas in developing countries? Are there same-sex or single parenting there at all? With my best wishes, Greetings from Mexico to you all… M
