This is a great show and an excellent episode.
I just wonder how she convinced people to implement her new styles of design, where I'm from I have all these idea's but no one wants to risk it for some reason, everyone says 'that's not what people like here' and just want to make something generic that everyone else has been using, it's very frustrating and limiting
Well, this video has completely changed my perspective
Karya dari Paula Scher sangat unik dan keren karena bisa mencipttciri khas dari karyanya. Selain itu juga idenya sangat menginspirasi untuk pemula atau bahkan khalayak ramai.
This lady (Ms.Scher’s), She’s an Icon! She’s a Legend. Graphic Design for 21 Century Wouldn’t be the same without talents and brave people like her ❤ I felt so motivated after watching it that I stand up from my bed and started instantly drawing ideas for my job ❤️❤️❤️thank you Ms.Paula Scher
❤❤❤👍🏾👍🏾
waiting for streetwear master
An excellent insight of a typographic studio. Oh so often the type is the last / if at all to be considered. Back in the early 60s when I first entered the design world, even before Letraset was widely available a lot of titling was produced by hand. I'm still learning even as a 74yo.
very inspiring
I'm look for a time where there is an explanation of something, couldn't find any
"Designing the logo isn't the hard job, it's persuading a million people to use it" I'm a logo designer for the past 10 years and I couldn't relate more to this phrase right here.
loved it!!
Damn this was good🔥
She uses her right hand's index finger to navigate in her phone just like my father.
When a movie intro is better than the movie itself
I am a designer for almost 10 years and after watching this, I think I don't know anything about design… This is so inspiring.
I'll admit as a traditional artist in what I feel is a dying art, I almost want to cry at Paula's statement about the late 90s and how people started moving to computerized design; I suffered for years with depression at the thought of feeling left behind just for staying true to my skills. Dont get me wrong I'm not a technophobe and computers are immensely useful, but I feel left behind and obsolete. My goal as an artist, illustrator, designer and painter is to hold true to my proficiency with traditional mediums and utilize digital tools for enhancement and manufacture because my peers, even those with immense skill with tablets and computers, really admire my creativity as I do theirs. I suppose we all get inspired by each other.
She is delightful <3
Looking forward to work with you…
Considering how effecient, tight and dedicated Paula is, this series is unironically more enjoyable at 1.25x speed
She came to talk to our art program. She is definitely my inspiration ❤️
i love this
Love this show so much!…also, that ballot wasn’t confusing to me at all lol.
Deberían invertir más en este tipo de material, en lugar de infestar su catalogo con basura coreana
@8:08 is that purple fringing on the stool? It gets green when the stool goes out of focus.
